Monte Carlo Nights, Without the Bankroll Risk

Fun-casino events for corporates, weddings, private parties. Pro tables, real dealers, fake chips. 18+ only — we check.

How the Night Runs

Four beats we stick to — timing shifts a bit if you're in a hotel vs a marquee, but the flow works.

  1. 1

    Welcome Reception

Guests arrive, hit the refreshment station (we keep the good non-alcoholic stuff up front). Soft music, tables still covered. Gives stragglers time without killing the mood.

  2. 2

    The Grand Reveal

Covers come off — usually 45–60 min after doors. Baize tables, chip trays pre-counted, cards sealed. Quick speech if the client wants one; otherwise dealers open seats and go.

  3. 3

    Table Gaming

Blackjack and roulette are the crowd-pleasers; poker needs a slightly smaller group. Dealers teach rules on the fly — we've had CEOs and grandparents at the same table, both fine.

  4. 4

    Supper & Awards

Chips get counted, winners get a trophy or certificate — client's call. Food lands after if it's a dinner event; some weddings flip this and do tables first, then buffet. Works either way.

Themes We Run Most

Three packages we quote weekly. All customisable — but these are the ones with props already in the van.

  • Royal Bond theme setup

    Royal Bond

Black tie, baccarat on at least one table, classic glassware as props. Good for corporates who want "sharp" not "fancy dress chaos."

  • Roaring Twenties theme

    Roaring Twenties

Art Deco backdrops, jazz playlist or live duo if budget allows. Feather boas, pearl strands — guests actually wear them. Roulette gets the busiest queue every time.

  • Venetian Masquerade theme

    Venetian Masquerade

Masks on arrival (we bring spares). Low lighting, gold velour on the tables. Works best in a room that can dim — fluorescents kill it, we've learned that the hard way.

What's in the Box

Standard kit for a typical 80-guest evening. Bigger headcount = more tables, same baseline.

  • Professional Croupiers

Agency-trained, insured, used to nervous first-timers. They'll slow a table down or speed it up depending on the room.

  • Gaming Tables

Proper height, padded rails, not fold-out party shop stuff. Roulette wheel gets levelled on site — takes five minutes, worth it.

  • Cards & Chips

Weighted chips so they feel right. Custom print if you want your logo on them — add two weeks lead time.

  • Décor

Theme kit matched to your pick. Entrance signage, table runners, maybe a photo backdrop if we've got space in the load-in.

  • Refreshment Station

Non-alcoholic bar setup — sparkling, juices, cordials if the caterer supplies. We don't bring alcohol; venue licence handles that.

  • Awards Bit

Trophies or certs, plus a mic if the DJ doesn't have one. Five-minute ceremony, then back to networking.

Formats & Packages

Who books us most — and what they usually ask to tweak.

  • Corporate Team-Building

Leaderboards on a screen, departments as "teams," forced fun that actually lands if the CEO plays too. HR loves the debrief-friendly angle; we keep rules simple so nobody feels stupid.

  • Weddings

After dinner, when aunties are tired and mates want something to do. Low stakes, loud cheers, good photos. We coordinate with the planner on noise cut-off — hotels are picky after 11.

  • Private Milestones

50ths, significant birthdays, "we finally sold the company" parties. Smaller guest lists mean we can do weirder themes — client last year wanted full Bond and we made it work in a barn.

The Fun Casino Promise

Legal grey areas worry people. This is the plain-English version.

  • 100% Legal

No cash prize, no buy-in, no redemption. Entertainment chips go back in the tray at the end. We've had solicitors at corporate events — they're satisfied with that setup.

  • Nobody Left Behind

Dealers explain twice if needed. Kids don't play — 18+ — but within adults we've had complete beginners win the trophy. Luck helps.

  • Safety First

It's a party trick with maths, not a payday. If anyone's uncomfortable, they bow out — no side-betting, no pressure from staff. We've shut down a table once when it got too rowdy; rare, but we'd do it again.

About Us

HavenSpinZone started on the travel side — country guides, hotel tips — and clients kept asking for the same thing: "Can you sort a casino night like the one we saw in Estoril?" So we built an events arm that does exactly that, portable, legal, and without the Ryanair flight.

We book the dealers, haul the tables, brief the venue on load-in, and stay until breakdown. Corporate, wedding, or your mate's 40th in a village hall — same standard. Chips in, chips out, nobody loses the rent.
